The Swedish custom of fika (a coffee break) sits at the core of Minut, facilitating opportunities to share, socialize and relax with colleagues. Many of the best ideas at Minut can be traced back to a fika.

We all go on an offsite (company retreat) once a year. It's a time for socializing and working together under the same roof - always at a nice location and with great food.
