Hey 👋🏻 so you have just referred someone for a job at Minut? Great news! Thank you, we really appreciate this and hope that it will be a great fit! Please read the following terms and conditions so you are aware on how you shall receive your prize!

1. The process to refer candidates Referral information will be submitted to [email protected] Referrals submitted any other way, that do not include all of the required information, or that are not properly identified will NOT be eligible. To be eligible for a referral bonus, you must provide the following at the time of your initial submission:

• Your name and contact information (phone number/email address)
• The potential candidate’s full name and contact information (phone number/email address) as well as CV and/or LinkedIn profile.
• Your relationship to the potential candidate
• The job area of interest to which you are referring the potential candidate Note: One candidate per submittal. Of course, you can refer more than one candidate though! If the referred candidate appears to be a match, we will contact them.

2. Minut offers a one-time referral payment to anyone who is not a Manager at Minut.
3. Referrals are valid for 6 months from the date of submission.
4. Who is eligible for an external referral payment? You must be an individual person (i.e., not a business entity)
5. Who is not eligible for a referral payment? Staffing/recruiting agencies or consultants, or any employee or consultant of a third-party to whom Minut is contractually obligated to pay a fee for the hiring of an individual referred by, or working for, such third-party
6. Who counts as non-eligible candidates? You are not eligible for a referral payment if the candidate you refer is:

• A candidate who has already been referred by a current Minut employee
• A current applicant to Minut (via Linkedin etc.)
• A former Minut employee who has left the company within the last 12 months

1. Payment terms If you are eligible to participate, Minut shall pay you a one-time referral payment of $500 (gross) for a referral, only if the referral results in a successful full time hire, and such referred employee:

• Completes their probation period at Minut and is actively employed by Minut at the time the external referral bonus is to be paid

2. In the event that more than one external person refers the same candidate and such candidate is hired by Minut, the external referral bonus will be awarded to the first referrer based on the timestamp of the submittal.
3. The terms and conditions of this external referral bonus program are subject to change or terminate at any time and at Minut’s sole discretion.
