About the role

We are seeking a passionate Product Marketing Manager to join our scaling tech SaaS business in the short-term rental industry. An interest in the industry is required but no prior knowledge is necessary.

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will drive the development of our go-to-market strategies for Minut’s products, services, and features across marketing channels. You will create and track marketing initiatives to increase awareness, discoverability, and consideration of Minut against a series of KPIs. You will develop value proposition and messaging frameworks, and drive articulation of product portfolio positioning aligned to Minut’s key goals. You will help build a product our customers love: collaborate closely with product & engineering to identify needs and sharpen product offerings based on the competitive landscape and customer feedback. You will be autonomous with an entrepreneurial spirit and unafraid to get your hands dirty.

Minut is a truly global business with target markets spread internationally - whilst no diverse language skills are required, experience working across international cultures will be of great benefit. Enabling our sales team will also form a core component as we look to further advance both our inbound and outbound content strategy.
