Flexible Working Hours

We are increasingly operating in multiple time zones. We are also a diverse bunch of people who do our best work at different times during the day. The time you work during the day is flexible but please be mindful of your colleagues’ time and timezone and always make sure you’re available during core working hours (9 to 5 in your time zone). It is your responsibility to ensure that you are not blocking important decisions and your colleagues’ work.

We trust that you get your work done and want to support you to get the best quality work out there as possible!

The Minut guideline to achieve the right balance between culture and flexibility is to allow up to 100 days of working from home each year. That’s 2-3 days per week.
